Copper & Calm: A Mindful Textured Copper Charm Bangle Class Monday Sept 21st 11-1

Find your center at the anvil by joining me for an afternoon of forging and breath. In this workshop we will discover the rhythmic harmony of the strike of the hammer and the flow of your breath. 

Learn to anneal, texture, shape and solder up to a copper bangle bracelet and create 2 charms to hang from it,  while practicing mindfulness.

We will use the repetitive nature of forging to ground ourselves, turning a traditional craft into a moving meditation.
