Copper & Calm: A Mindful Textured Copper Bangles Class Tues April 21st 1030-1230

Find your center at the anvil by joining me for an afternoon of forging and breath. In this workshop we will discover the rhythmic harmony of the strike of the hammer and the flow of your breath. 

Learn to anneal, texture, shape and solder up to 3 copper bangles while practicing mindfulness.

We will use the repetitive nature of forging to ground ourselves, turning a traditional craft into a moving meditation.
