Intro to Conscious Silversmithing: Silver Stacker Rings Class Sunday April 5th 11-1

Location: Creekside Solar Powered Studio at Coyote Valley Art Farm Otto NC.

2 hours of intentional craft

Step away from the digital world and into the delicate, tactile craft of silversmithing. Held at our peaceful, solar powered creekside property, this class is designed to be more than just a jewelry class, but a 2 hour immersion into creativity and flow. Class is held under an open air studio space with the sounds of the creek just feet away. No big fancy studio here, just us, some tools and nature. 

*Intentional Texturing: use hammers, stamps and dies not just for decorative texturing, but as a rhythmic meditation “impressing” your metal with intention and with texture.

*The Alchemy of the Flame: Practice the focused art of soldering using the flame of a torch to solder your one of a kind ring

*The Ritual of Refinement: we will finish our pieces by hand polishing both the ring and our creative spirit. 

You will finish up to 3 rings

classes are held outdoors at our offgrid art farm in Otto
